Sales Rep's Catalog
You will see every sales rep who has an account along with basic contact information. Easily see basic stats on their account like creation date, account level, last login, and current contact total's in the system.
Search & Filters
You can search for a team member or use the table filter to sort team members by contact size, last login and more.
See stats on each team member
Click any team member to see their account stats for a given time range. This allows you to dig through the data to see what your top sales rep's are doing to gain success with your marketing and sales strategy.
Analytics (admin & Rep)
Stats Dashboard is a 50 foot view that shows your sales teams what is working and helps them develop the best metrics for success.
The Websites section displays standard analytics data for your sales teams. Sales reps can dig deep into their stats including visits, page(s) viewed, devices used, downloads, traffic sources, and much more.
The Email page shows stats for every campaign or group of campaigns for a selected time period. This section also shows which links were clicked within an email as well as a domain report of your top fi ve most sent domains.
The Live Visitors page is a real-time one minute delayed feed of the identifi ed contacts and unidentified visitors, assigned to each salesperson, as they visit websites, landing pages, or other online assets. By clicking the ‘Pages’ link, your sales rep can see details about the pages viewed, time spent, and key visitor metrics.
My Contacts shows an overview of the most important aggregated stats for all contacts in the system.
Upcoming Tasks lists your next three scheduled tasks by contact and task type.
Recent Activity is a real-time listing of the latest activity entries for your sales rep's contacts as they happen. This gives your salespeople timely insights into their contacts’ online behaviors.
All Campaign Stats
All Campaigns graphically displays total email campaign stats for all contacts in all campaigns.
